On the afternoon of February 27, Bao Lam district held a conference to announce the decision on the organization and personnel work. Transfer Mr. Dang Van Ban, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province to take up the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Quang commune, Bao Lam district from February 27, 2025; Transferring Mr. Ha Van Hung, Head of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to work at the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Bao Lam district to hold the position of Head of the Department from March 1, 2025 and transferring Ms. Duong Thi Xuan, Deputy Head of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Bao Lam district to work at the Department of Home Affairs of Bao Lam district (newly established Department) and appointing her to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Home Affairs of Bao Lam district, from March 1, 2025.
This is an important step in building a streamlined, efficient and professional administrative apparatus, contributing to promoting sustainable development and improving the quality of service for the socio-economic development of the locality.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Doan Trong Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee congratulated the comrades who were transferred and appointed, and at the same time requested that in their new positions, the cadres need to clearly identify their honor and responsibility, continue to practice, improve their political qualities, promote their abilities, strengths and accumulated knowledge, quickly approach and immediately get to work; promote the spirit of solidarity and unity, together with the collective leadership and cadres of the agency, unit and locality, join hands, be unanimous and determined to best complete the assigned tasks.
