1. Geographical location
Bao Lam 3A Hydropower Plant is located on the Gam River, in Bao Lam District, Cao Bang Province.
This is one of the hydropower projects on the Gam River cascade system, along with other plants such as Bao Lam 1, Bao Lam 3 and Bao Lam 3B
2. How to get there
The plant can be accessed from National Highway 34, then move onto the internal road to reach the project.
The road is mountainous, so be careful when moving, especially during the rainy season.
